With this improvement, your business can automatically sync customer info, invoices, and payment records from UniBee to QuickBooks. This means you can stop manually entering data. You’ll have a dependable and safe way to have up-to-date records, all without leaving UniBee.

How the UniBee & QuickBooks Connection Works

Our one-way sync makes sure UniBee sends financial data to your linked QuickBooks account. Here’s what is synced:

  • Customers: Main contact and ID details.
  • Invoices: Total, status, due date, and transaction details.
  • Payments: Payment date, how it was paid, and reference information.

When an invoice is created or a payment is confirmed, the integration starts. If a sync fails because of network or data problems, UniBee tries again during scheduled nightly syncs.

Simple and Safe Setup

1.  In UniBee’s settings, go to Settings > Accounting > QuickBooks.

2.  Select Connect to QuickBooks.

3.  You’ll be taken to QuickBooks’ secure OAuth page to give access.

4.  Once connected, UniBee controls token management and data syncing on its own.

You can disconnect or see your recent sync logs at any time.
